Aiming at the planning mode of Zippo business, the system mainly plans based on equirement forecast, and uses 100% offset method to calculate the actual received sales orders. That is, if the requirement forecast quantity is 1000, when the sales order quantity is less than 1000, the system will not generate new supply.

Master plan operation is divided into two planning modes in D365:

-Static plan: the system will delete all the generated plan results and re calculate the plan according to the latest transaction data, which takes a long time;

-Dynamic plan: the system will not delete the original plan results, but will only generate new plan results according to the new transaction content based on the latest situation when the plan is running, which takes less time.

MRP emphasizes the balance between supply and demand. In the system, sales order, sales forecast and safety stock are defined as demand, and the required material supply is calculated by combining with the material structure (BOM) of the product. At the same time, the net demand of production and purchase materials is calculated by referring to the existing inventory, in transit quantity and ordered quantity. Then, the system generates new purchase and production suggestions or cancels the existing purchase and purchase Suggestions for production order. The system has covered all the calculation logic. Therefore, the role of planner will change in the future. Instead of manually calculating the material demand, it is to supervise whether the material parameter setting and BOM are correct, whether the production status feedback is timely, whether the inventory transaction documents are entered in time, and whether the existing inventory accounts are consistent, To ensure the accuracy of basic data.

These solutions will replace the original third-party WMS software and all the functions of the inventory management module of the original system, and optimize them. D365 has a design interface with DRP and wangdiantong. The transaction information of the three platforms will be updated in time through the automatic interface.

The dealer's business is delivered from Beichen warehouse every day, and the user directly manages the warehouse in and out through D365.

The daily transaction records will be transmitted from wangdiantong to D365 through the interface, and the inventory will be updated synchronously from the corresponding warehouse.

Beichen warehouse replenished JD warehouse 8 and warehouse 6 of Suning, and POP JD warehouse.

For the self operated part of the e-commerce platforms of JD and Suning, the transaction details are obtained at the time of settlement and uploaded to D365 for inventory update; For the part delivered directly by the factory, the daily transaction is automatically transmitted to D365 through the interface for updating.

POP JD warehoue and new retail are updated according to the monthly settlement method.

The diversified business is operated manually according to the actual transaction, and the purchase order and sales order are created for the warehouse in and warehouse out management.

After the advanced warehouse management function is enabled, the system will search and reserve the available inventory more intelligently, guide the warehouse staff to work, and specify the warehouse location of the corresponding warehouse area for warehousing, placement and selection. Users use mobile devices for operations, and all inventory transactions are updated and responded in a timely manner. Inventory operations are more flexible and can be counted at any time.
