Serial number and lot number management and traceability for the whole process:

Core components of the product are enabled for serial number management, such as detector modules and X-ray machines, and other components are enabled for lot number management, such as operating tables and guide racks.

Presetting the product configuration model in the system, matching products according to the content of the contract signed with the customer, and generating BOM of the project.

Create project production notifications based on audited sales delivery notes to notify relevant departments of project initiation.

BOM management of the project:

After the project notification audit, the corresponding BOM of the project needs to be maintained in the system. The BOM of the project contains host equipment, basic configuration materials, documentation, engineering materials, etc..

Project production order management:

Create project production orders based on the audited project notice and project BOM for the production, installation and commissioning of equipment, including the installation and commissioning of inspection systems.

Production work order management:

The production process is managed through the production work order, which guides the workshop workers to install the equipment, and records the serial number and batch number of core components for quality tracing.
