Warmly celebrate the official launch of ePAK Dynamics 365 ERP project

ePAK is an Austin, Texas-based multinational corporation that is a full-service provider of precision transport/carrier/transport products designed/manufactured as well as automated transport/carrier/transport and handling solutions for semiconductor and electronic component manufacturing processes. ePAK's products are used in a wide range of applications: front-end processing of wafers; back-end packaging/testing of ICs; and assembly and processing of end-system components. The company's products are sold to many of the world's top customers, including semiconductor companies, system OEM integrators, and IC packaging and testing operators.

ePAK started ERP project selection in 2018. After several rounds of product demonstration and solution introduction, the IWS team won the customer's favor with the leading Dynamics 365 product and IWS's own professionalism for ERP project implementation, and finally became the confirmed ERP project implementation partner of ePAK. The ERP project involved 7 companies in various countries and regions such as USA, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea and China under ePAK. The scope of the project covers a full range of business operation needs from master data management, sales, procurement, production, planning, customs, inventory, finance, etc. Based on the company characteristics and industry characteristics of ePAK, the project will also focus on solving difficult issues such as recycling management, cost management, and multi-level internal company transactions in the plastics industry. ePAK has also selected KPMG China as its partner for this project to collaborate on process optimization and project management. IWS is confident that with the professional implementation team and strict project management, as well as the support from KPMG, the project will be a success.

The kick-off meeting was attended by Mr. Mike Nichols, CFO, Mr. Jeff Blaine, CIO, Ms. Beth Renstrom, Senior Project Manager from ePAK US headquarters, Mr. Jason He, Partner of KPMG China, Mr. Kin Chan, Senior Project Manager, and Mr. Huang Qiankai, General Manager of IWS. Mr. Duan Yubo, Project Manager of IWS, chaired the meeting.
