Microsoft Dynamics 365 is the latest generation of Microsoft cloud-based intelligent business applications, integrating CRM (Customer relationship management) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Plan) in a unified cloud service.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 has two editions: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Enterprise Edition for medium and large customers, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Edition for small and medium customers. In brief, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Enterprise Edition integrates the former CRM Online (hereinafter abbreviated as CRMOL) with AX in ERP products for medium and large customers; Dynamics 365 Business Edition integrates the former CRMOL with NAV in ERP products for small and medium customers.
Dynamics 365 provides better flexibility in licensing, users can choose either packaged package type plan SKUs or purchase individual application-based SKUs, and light users can choose team member SKUs.

The Team Member SKU provides a low-cost, high-value licensing option for users who require only light user functionality. Two subscription-ready Microsoft Dynamics 365 plans are included in Enterprise Edition: Plan 1 and Plan 2.
- Plan 1 subscription includes the flexibility to use any Dynamics 365 Enterprise Edition application other than Operations, with full scalability supported by Microsoft PowerApps and Microsoft Processes.
- Plan 2 subscriptions include complete flexibility to use any Dynamics 365 Enterprise application with Microsoft PowerApps and full scalability supported by Microsoft processes.
These plans provide users with the flexibility to schedule more than one application within their scope of work based on their role, or to use the full PowerApps and processes for scalability across applications.
