The wind and the sun are warm, and the autumn is now in full swing. Japan 6 days 5 nights travel, colleagues all together. On September 17, all IWS employees embarked on an unforgettable trip to Japan under the organization of the company. Usually, most of our colleagues are running around for the company's business due to their work, so they are rarely separated from each other. Taking the opportunity of this reunion, all IWS family members gathered together, while also enriching the spare time of employees, enhancing communication and collaboration between departments, and making IWS a more harmonious family, thus enhancing corporate cohesion.

Throughout the trip, the team of 33 people always maintained a harmonious and relaxed atmosphere. The choice of this cross-country trip is also to inherit our corporate culture: Passion - Trust - Value!

Too much history, too deep origin, from the Ming Dynasty, to modern times, from the elders' narrative, from the textbooks' enlightenment, from the news' drips and drabs, every Chinese will have impressions since childhood. This trip to Japan, even though it was just a skimming tour, gave us a real touch of Japan, and while enjoying the beautiful scenery and having fun, it also allowed us to embark on a journey of worship.

The first stop-we arrived at Osaka-Nara "Nara Kanto Park", bustling with people and tourists from morning to night. It is a nice and relaxing place with polite and humble people, a clean and beautiful environment, and a mild climate. After the tour, we took our first group photo at the "Grand Huayan Temple".

IWS is a big stage, and has been in the whole ERP industry for 10 years. Because IWS people are with a passionate heart, energetic to face the work, we are full of confidence in our team, our technology, products and solutions, and regard every difficulty as a challenge attitude, which has been fully recognized by our customers. The company has also grown from a small team of a few people to a large team with dozens of people, from which we have discovered and honed one and a batch of professional and senior talents, from information communication to business capability integration and other aspects of information technology experts. With our joint efforts, the performance of the company will be steadily improved and our team will grow stronger and stronger in the future. We hope that in each future group building, we can experience that we all have a passionate and energetic heart.

The second stop - Kyoto-Nagoya "Kiyomizu Temple", "Kiyomizu Stage", "Onyu Taki", "Fushimi Inari Taisha", "Yasaka Shrine", etc. are the oldest and most famous maple viewing spots in Japan. From each of these spots, you can look at the old streets of Kyoto, and the beauty of the various colors cascading over the mountains is very impressive. At the end of each site, we had a second group photo!

During this trip, we held the first IWS worship ceremony. In line with our service goals and objectives: To better serve our customers, we pay more attention to talents! People-oriented, attaching importance to talents and respecting teachers. Let each new employee at the same time have a professional consultant mentor to give guidance to teach, so that they have more direction to do each project, better service to our customers. Why customers choose us - trust! It is trust that is entrusted to us, it is our commitment to our clients, it is the commitment of our team, it is the commitment of individuals, it is our commitment to treating complex technical requirements. The testimonials of each pair of mentors and apprentices are very moving, because of the trust chosen by each other!

The third stop - Chubu - Hakone "Mt. Fuji Gokurame", "Shinano Hachikai", "Asakusa Temple", "Hakone Hopping Village", "Tokyo Tower", "Ginza", etc. Get up close to Japan's first holy mountain and witness the spectacular scene of Mount Fuji. The landscape of Mount Fuji varies throughout the year as the seasons change, with sunrise and sunset, and the climate changes so much that Mount Fuji instantly takes on a different figure and a variety of forms. This time we did not come to Japan for nothing, before leaving the country has been observing the weather forecast are more rainy days, according to the guide's explanation: not every time you come to Mount Fuji can see the holy mountain.

I am very glad that the weather was breezy and beautiful during this group activity, which did not disappoint the beauty of Mount Fuji. While our IWS family enjoyed the beautiful scenery, it also means that IWS is getting better and better!

Through this tour, we realized that some details in Japan are indeed well done, and we should not just reject them, but remove the dross and take the essence. We should learn from the good aspects of Japan and start from the small things and problems in a practical way. Whether in life or work, many habits are formed from small things, and we can do better and be more demanding in our moral education work. That's what makes it valuable. Value is trust, reward, our reflection in the IT change, our customers' expectation of us, and our ability to solve problems.

This time, we also want to thank colleagues who still insist on working overtime in the front line, you have worked hard! The trip to Japan is over, and while carefully recalling this trip, we have to start back to work again. I believe that everyone will be more energetic and enthusiastic in their work to contribute to IWS and build this family together, because we are all a family of IWS.
